Event Services

    Event Coordination

    We offer support before the day of your event. If you need a few hours of support with welcome bags, invitation assembly or even just a consult on vendors and planning, we are here to answer your questions!

  • Partial Planning

    Best for couples that have a good handle on their vendor selections and design vision for the day, this package starts around 90 days prior to your wedding day. Includes onboarding and access to our planning software from day one! Investments begin at $3,500.

  • Wedding Management

    We start working together immediately to ensure you have the best pick of local vendors, venues and experiences. While you are still responsible for finalizing contracts with vendors, I’ll provide a curated list through our planning software with budget recommendations and resources. Timelines, layouts, rentals are all taken care of early in the planning process so there are no surprises. Investments begin at $5,000.

  • Private Dining

    Looking to rejuvenate an underutilized area of your restaurant? Do you have a private dining space that’s more a catch-all for equipment, rather than leveraging it for weeknight dinners and weekend parties? I’d love to chat about how we can work together to streamline your booking process, provide rapid response rates for inquiries, and convert more emails to bookings without overwhelming your management team.


  • Event Vendor Support

    As vendors, we are uniquely qualified to manage multiple avenues of conversation with our clients. However, during the event season new contact may become overwhelming. I offer services to manage your business elements so you can focus on the clients. Together, we’ll identify areas of opportunity so I can provide support all year long or just in the busy season.

  • Larger Venue Spaces

    I’ve spent years in the catering industry, in Maine, New York and here in Central Virginia. Leverage our experience with designing event layouts, establishing standards of operating procedures, and managing load outs with years of expertise (and some bad days too!) backing us up. Stop guessing where the ceremony should go, or where the generator and restroom trailer get dropped - reach out today to schedule an in-person visit! I can also provide remote sales support, right up to the day of the event.

    Jaclyn Grieger

    I’ve been in the hospitality industry since I was twelve, starting out on a local (Maine!) farm, and moved to Virginia after attending culinary school in New York. I met my husband here, and we’ve put our roots down in Central Virginia.

    After spending years running a local catering company, I’ve launched my own planning and event management company, offering a diverse portfolio of skills to both couples and industry leaders. I’ve been offering wedding planning services to couples across the Charlottesville area for almost 20 years, at barns and farms, vineyards and urban retreats.

    Currently the Chef at Oakhart Social in downtown Charlottesville, Todd has been in the restaurant industry in the central Virginia area for nearly three decades. With that level of experience comes a deep and unique understanding of menu development, operating costs and leadership.

Jaclyn provided our wedding planning services…in September at Keswick Vineyards... I can't recommend their team enough!
